Job Description


  •  Work successfully to get the product from design to production.
  • Coordinate all APQP launch activities for all new products.
  • Communicate status of new products manufactured in the company.
  • Coordinate product launch through its implementation.
  • Identify and solve problems or special situations of new and launch products in a timely manner.
  • Read, understand and interpret information of drawings.
  • Support a positive team environment with collaboration amongst all different departments involved in all new product launch processes.
  • Promote and follow general and environmental procedures of the company.
  • Give feedback to improve performance and ensure quality.
  • Examines documents such as drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Coordinate the release of all documents under revision control.
  • Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
  • Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.
  • Prepares reports and memorandums.
  • Provide assistance within the company on Engineering product data & documentation
  • Maintain Part Number Data and Document Control databases.
  • Daily work activities include updating SharePoint, CMS and Shared Directories in addition to point of contact for approval of these databases.
  • All other duties, as assigned.


  •  2 year degree or 2-5 year work related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
