Job Description

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing supplier compliance activities for the organization. Duties to be performed while maintaining compliance with legal, corporate and quality requirements. Preparing department metrics, specific KPI reporting and administration of the approved supplier list and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage approved supplier documentation process for the organization.
  • Lead cross functional approved supplier team review meetings.
  • Collect and verify accuracy of data for presentations.
  • Maintain compliance with All legal and corporate requirements and forms.
  • Maintain compliance with all quality system requirements.
  • Works effectively on project/contracting teams. Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to management.
  • Prepare reports regarding market conditions for budgetary cost projections.
  • Provide guidance to the organization regarding supplier compliance requirements including, developing processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate supplier compliance initiatives with corporate personnel to ensure accurate and timely execution of activities.
  • Assist Sourcing & Purchasing personnel with projects related to material sourcing and costs savings initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of five years of experience required in purchasing and analyst work.
  • Good presentation and analytical abilities, writing and reading skills. Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Utilize computer software programs with a high degree of proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Business Operating Systems) for data analysis and reporting.
